A former Texas teacher was arrested and charged with tampering with evidence and furnishing alcohol to minors, following a year-long investigation into alleged inappropriate relationships with students. The Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office last week announced that it launched a "lengthy and intensive" investigation a year ago — on Aug. 28, 2025 — after receiving information regarding "allegations of inappropriate relationships between an Angleton High School teacher , identified as Holly Schroedter Adams, and students." Adams reportedly invited students to her home to perform chores, and she allegedly admitted to speaking with three members of the school baseball team on Snapchat. Police said they conducted several interviews with "both current and former students" and examined "evidence related to the allegations." The sheriff's office secured indictments from a grand jury tied to the ongoing investigation. Adams, 41, was arrested Tuesday and booked into the Brazoria County Detention
