The National Democratic Congress State Assembly candidate for Kirfi Local Government Area of Bauchi State, Musa Yusuf, has defected to the Peoples Redemption Party. Yusuf’s defection came a day after the Independent National Electoral Commission published the list of candidates nominated by political parties for the 2027 governorship and state assembly elections in the state.
