Leaker Tips PS6 Handeld Price at Over $600

There have been a number of leaks about the upcoming PlayStation 6 handheld, including purported details about the Canis APU slated to arrive in the handheld with Zen 6 LP cores . Despite this, we still haven't seen any real indication of a price for the new handheld, even though there are already BOM estimates floating around for the PS6 living room console . According to ubiquitous hardware leaker, KeplerL2 on the NeoGAF forums , however, it seems as though a $600 PlayStation 6 Portable is off the cards. In response to a recent question about the price of the PS6 Portable's price, the leaker stated that a $600 handheld "is definitely not possible right now," thanks to LPDDR memory price increases attributed to demand from data centers.
