Ole Miss QB Trainidad Chambliss welcomes pressure that comes with fame and aims to refine his game

When Mississippi quarterback Trinidad Chambliss watches the Houdini acts from last season that made him a college football sensation, there is a part of him that would rather avoid doing that again. Chambliss appreciates that some of the crazy plays he pulled off during a heady first season with Ole Miss have inspired analysts to refer to him as "the face of college football” in 2026. EA Sports even considered putting Chambliss on the cover of a new edition of its popular college football video game, but decided against it because of a legal dispute with the NCAA over whether he would be eligible to play this season.
