Charlie Stefano, 35, stuck his tongue out for the camera as his mugshot was taken after he was arrested for assaulting a woman in Chatham, Kent, in the early hours of February 13. He grabbed her by the throat twice, dragged her across the floor and held her over a staircase, and snapped her phone in half. The woman fled the address and ran to a petro station when Stefano tried to check whether neighbours had called to police. Stefano, of Dagenham, east London , was tracked down and arrested hours later.
