Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic wrote a letter to NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte on Thursday, asking the KFOR (Kosovo Force) peacekeepers to stop what he called "terror against Serbs" in Kosovo, as well as to ensure compliance with the Brussels Agreement, the TANJUG news agency reported. "I have just sent a letter to NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and asked KFOR, in accordance with UN Resolution 1244, to stop the terror against Serbs, their persecution, arrests, demolition of houses, as well as the opening of the bridge over the Ibar River, and for the international community to take steps to ensure that Pristina implements the key provisions of the 2013 Brussels Agreement," Vucic wrote in an Instagram post.
