Putin still has plans for offensive toward Kyiv and Chernihiv – Zelensky

President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that Russia has not ruled out the theoretical possibility of launching an offensive from Russia’s Bryansk region toward the Chernihiv and Kyiv regions. At the same time, no Russian troops have currently been detected in that area.
