Bulgarian Consul General in Nis Visits Zvonce Area to Meet with Bulgarian Community

Bulgarian Consul General in Nis Dimitar Ivanov visited the Zvonce area (Southeastern Serbia), where he met with representatives of the Bulgarian community and residents of the region. Counsellor at the Consulate General Tsvetomir Yordanov also took part in the visit. At the Zvonce-Babusnica Cultural and Information Centre of the Bulgarian national minority in the village of Zvonce, the visitors were welcomed by Centre Chairman Sasha Zlatanov and members of the organization. During the meeting, they discussed opportunities to develop the activities of the cultural and information centre, the implementation of projects under the Programme to Supporting Bulgarian Communities Abroad, and the organization of joint initiatives related to significant historical and cultural events.
