Council of Ministers to Discuss Preparations for Presidential Elections, Budget Execution

The Council of Ministers will discuss a draft decision on preparations for and the holding of the presidential and vice-presidential elections scheduled for October 25. The agenda also includes a report on the cash execution of the state budget and the main indicators of the consolidated fiscal programme for the first half of 2026, the Government Information Service said. The Cabinet will also consider a draft decision adopting a 2026-2030 Action Plan for Bulgaria's National Financial Literacy Strategy. The Council of Ministers will discuss a comprehensive review and update of the prices of goods and services provided by holiday facilities, hotels, bungalows, campsites, training and education centres, sports facilities, balneotherapy, spa and wellness centres, as well as catering establishments and other facilities managed by executive authorities and state-owned enterprises. The agenda also includes a draft decision adopting the National Concept for Regional and Spatial Development fo
