Owner claims 'traumatizing' attack left dog with 2 broken legs

Cristina Gonzalez was walking 6-month-old Louie in her DeLand neighborhood last week when she claims a much larger, unleashed dog charged them from behind. Louie was left with two broken legs and faces a long road to recovery that will likely require surgery. The DeLand Police Department confirmed they are actively looking into the incident.
