FORT WORTH, Texas — A federal court in Texas issued a preliminary injunction against the federal government, which may not enforce two regulations against Defense Distributed and the Second Amendment Foundation and its current and future members. The ghost-gun manufacturer may continue distribute certain parts and build kits for homemade and 3D-printed firearms because the challenged rules, which concern the definition of a firearm’s “frame or receiver,” violate the Second Amendment.
