A man is facing charges after a decomposing body was found inside a car at a shopping plaza in northwest Miami-Dade, authorities said. Darrell Anderson, 39, was arrested Monday on charges including failure to report a death with intent to conceal, dealing in stolen property, and grand theft of a vehicle, an arrest report said. According to the report, Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to Northside Shopping Plaza at 7900 Northwest 27th Avenue back on May 27 for a vehicle in the parking lot with flies surrounding it and a foul odor. Deputies found the Kia K4 sedan and inside there were two rubber yoga mats on top of what appeared to be human remains. The man, 36-year-old Jean Paul Larice, the owner of the car, was in the backseat in an advanced stage of decomposition, the report said.
