Hyde Park Village is no stranger to big retailers. Ralph Lauren opened in the shopping mall in late June, and now a new tenant is on its way. A new 8,030-square-foot boutique for Hermès spanning two floors is planned in South Tampa. Wait, the home of the Birkin bag, Hermès? Yes, that’s the one. WS Development signed a lease with Hermès of Paris Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hermès International.
