In addition to motor-vehicle violations, the driver could face a civil-rights charge, police say. Police say the two congregants were in the crosswalk on Washington Street at Euston Road near the synagogue and Commonwealth Avenue around 7:30 p.m. when the driver of a sedan took umbrage at their existence.
