The fate of convicted killer Karmelo Anthony will again play out in a Collin County courtroom this week, beginning with a hearing over whether the judge who presided over his June jury trial should remain on the case. On Wednesday, appointed San Antonio Judge Sid Harle will decide whether veteran Judge John Roach should be recused from Anthony’s post-trial proceedings. Anthony’s new defense team, led by Russell Wilson, is seeking Roach’s removal only from this case.
