20 Illegal Structures to Be Demolished in Stara Zagora's Lozenets Borough

A total of 20 illegal structures will be demolished on Tuesday in Stara Zagora's Lozenets borough, Stara Zagora Mayor Zhivko Todorov told journalists. The structures are located on state-owned private property, comprising forest land - deciduous forest - outside the regulatory boundary and within a park area. According to him, these are the last 20 structures out of a total of 550 documented by the Municipality over the years. A total of 29 structures were included in the demolition procedure, nine of which have already been voluntarily demolished by their owners. The remaining 20 are being demolished on Tuesday, Todorov added. "There is no chance whatsoever for them to be legalized, as they are located outside the regulatory boundary. Moreover, they are in a park area," Todorov said.
