Pleven's Former District Prosecutor Vladimir Nikolov Nominated for SJC Elected Member from Prosecutors' Quota

Prosecutor Vladimir Nikolov from the District Prosecution Office - Pleven (Northern Bulgaria) has been nominated for election as a member of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) from the prosecutors' quota, the SJC said on its website. Nikolov was nominated by magistrates from the Supreme Cassation Prosecution Office, the Sofia City Prosecution Office, the Sofia Regional Prosecution Office, the District Prosecution Office - Pleven and other district and regional prosecution offices. They said they were confident that Nikolov's professional qualifications, management experience, teaching and research activities, and proven institutional leadership met the high requirements of the position.
