Elliott Named Interim Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Georgia Tech Superadmin Mon, 08/17/2026 - 09:47 Karin Elliott, vice chancellor for Human Resources for the University System of Georgia (USG), has been named the interim vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO) for Georgia Tech. Elliott will begin her new role on Sept. 1 and will report directly to Tricia Chastain, executive vice president for Administration and Finance. Former CHRO Skye Duckett departed the Institute on Aug. 14, and Elliott will lead Georgia Tech Human Resources (GTHR) on an interim basis during this leadership transition.
