A 14-year-old girl is recovering at a hospital after someone shot her in the leg Monday morning in the Roseland neighborhood. The girl was in the 300 block of East 103rd Street when someone opened fire and she was grazed in the thigh, police said. She was taken to Comer Children's Hospital in good condition. No arrests have been made. Area 2 detectives are investigating.
