Flooding clean ups, crash cause lengthy delays along I-95 northbound

Early morning commuters along I-95 northbound were stuck with delays that could last more than an hour early Monday. Officials did not immediately provide further information on this crash and they did not say if anyone was injured in the incident. But, an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
