Regional Development Minister Shishkov to Tour Northeast and North Bulgaria

Regional Development and Public Works Minister Ivan Shishkov will visit the regions of the northeastern regions of Varna, Dobrich and Shumen, and the northern region of Pleven on Monday and Tuesday, Shishkov's Ministry said here on Monday. The tour will begin on Monday in the coastal city of Varna, where Minister Shishkov and Deputy Minister Pavleta Pelovska will inspect the “illegal city” discovered in the Baba Alino area. The inspection will be attended by Varna Regional Governor Mario Smarkov, representatives of the Regional Directorate for National Construction Control and the local water and sewerage company. As part of the Regional Development and Public Works Ministry’s newly launched “Regions Speak” initiative, a meeting will subsequently be held in Dobrich with Dobrich Regional Governor Ruslan Tomov, mayors of municipalities in the region, representatives of the local water and sewerage company and the Regional Road Administration.
