East Sepik Youth returned from United States after completing a Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) fellowship with plans to develop programs focusing on climate resilience, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WaSH) to schools and rural communities. Hezron Othniel Motoum, who also has links to Mouk–Baluan Island in Manus Province, travelled from his rural community to Divine Word University in Madang before eventually earning an opportunity to study and gain experience in the United States.
