There are still a few lingering showers across the area Monday morning, but these should be gone soon enough, making way for enough sunshine to boost temperatures back into the low-90s for most of the D.C. metro area. Watch for scattered storms after 5 p.m. A bubble of high pressure will arrive later Monday and keep us dry for Tuesday and Wednesday before more rain chances arrive toward the end of the week.
