York Road closed after crash causes extensive damage to at least 2 cars

A crash in Bucks County has a major road shut down on Monday afternoon, according to the Warminster Township Police Department . Officers were called to York Road after getting reports of a serious crash on Aug.17, police said. When officers got to the area of York Road between Toll House Road and Roberts Lane, they reported finding at least two cars were involved. This section of the roadway is expected to remain closed as officials investigate. SkyForce10 was over the scene just before 2 p.m. where at least two cars had visible damage. A silver or white-colored pick-up truck was seen with extensive damage to its front end, the air bags were deployed and the driver’s side front door appeared to be ripped off its hinges. Then, a little ways off, we could see a blue SUV which looked like the passenger’s side back tire had been smashed off. No word yet on what led to this crash or if anyone was hurt.
