Mom Sues School that Retaliated Against Her for Objecting When It Subjected Her Kids to Trans/Intersex Propaganda Allison Roberts, a mother of two schoolchildren in Oregon, is suing Portland Public School and one of its elementary school principals for retaliating against her constitutionally-protected free speech objecting to the promoting of transgender and intersex-inclusive ideology conflicting with her Christian religious beliefs.
