Defender Nobel Mendy says he is "ready" for the challenge of the Premier League, after completing his move to Hull City from Rayo Vallecano for an undisclosed club-record fee. Mendy made his first senior Senegal appearance in March 2026 and featured 28 times for Rayo Vallecano last season.
