Bulgarian Government to Discuss 2026-2030 Governance Programme

The Council of Ministers will discuss on Wednesday the 2026-2030 Governance Programme of Bulgaria at a meeting starting at 10 am, the Government information service said. The ministers will also consider assigning the National Revenue Agency to sell property forfeited to the state. The Cabinet is expected to discuss a decree on the implementation of the country’s 2026 state budget. The government will consider a proposal to the President to award Lieutenant General Ventsislav Mutafchiyski the Order of Saints Cyril and Methodius, Necklace, for a serviceman holding the rank of senior officer. The ministers will also discuss draft decisions on changes to the Supervisory Board of the National Social Security Institute and on the adoption of the 2025 Report on Gender Equality in Bulgaria.
