A man has been arrested and more suspects are being sought in connection with a string of liquor store thefts in Oakland Park, authorities said. Kendrick Wallace, 33, faces several charges including multiple retail thefts within a specified period and petit theft in connection with at least eight incidents, Broward Sheriff’s Office officials said Tuesday. According to BSO, Wallace stole bottles of alcohol from several ABC Fine Wine and Liquor stores in June and July before his arrest on July 30. Authorities are trying to identify two other suspects, and believe more liquor stores were targeted, including in other areas of Broward. BSO on Tuesday released surveillance footage of multiple thefts which show the suspects nonchalantly walking out of the stores with stolen bottles of booze. Anyone with info is asked to call BSO at 954-202-3121.
