Hamer's poetic return to the Sky Blues

There is something quite poetic about Gustavo Hamer's return to Coventry City. After signing from PEC Zwolle in 2020, it soon become clear that the midfielder was destined for the Premier League. The Brazil-born Dutchman could not have done any more - scoring the decisive goal in the play-off semi final against Middlesbrough and then levelling in the final to take Luton Town to penalties.
