Investigation underway after, at least, 4 people shot in Wilmington, Del.

A large police presence could be seen in Wilmington, Delaware after there were reports of at least four people shot in an incident that happened on Tuesday morning. At the scene, at about 6: 30 a.m. on Tuesday, officers could be seen investigating the area and blocking off the roadway at the intersection of East 10th and North Spruce streets in Wilmington, Delaware. In a radio call that went out at about 5:52 a.m., police report that at least three people had been shot at that intersection. However, officials did not immediately provide further details on the victims, the severity of their injuries or how this incident unfolded.
