Another longtime Bay Area radio host is out of a job as Cumulus Media continues its cutbacks and restructuring. Lamont Hollywood on Monday announced he had been laid off from KSAN-FM, the San Mateo-based rock station 107.7 The Bone. Hollywood most recently hosted “The Lamont Show.” He previously co-hosted the beloved “Lamont and Tonelli” morning show, which aired for more than two decades until 2024. Hollywood’s departure comes after Cumulus laid off broadcast veteran Greg Papa from KNBR last week, citing cutbacks. Papa has been on medical leave as he battles leukemia and other major health issues.
