Crews work to pull driver from wreck after vehicle goes over Ridley Park median

First responders were working, early Thursday, to rescue a driver after a vehicle went over a median wall in a crash along West Chester Pike in Ridley Park. As captured by NBC10’s SkyForce10, at about 8:50 a.m. on Thursday, crews were working to pull a driver from a crashed vehicle that went over a median near the Stargate Diner along the 200 block of West Chester Pike. During the rescue, the driver could be seen being extracted from the vehicle and put onto a stretcher before being put into an ambulance. The driver appeared to be able to speak to rescuers as the incident unfolded. Officials did not immediately detail what may have led to this crash and did not immediately say what injuries the driver may have suffered in this incident.
