Mamdani trolled as Florida ‘Economic Developer of the Year' in Times Square billboard

Mayor Zohran Mamdani has been awarded a new title, courtesy of the Sunshine State. The Florida Chamber of Commerce named Mamdani “Economic Developer of the Year” and honored him with a billboard in Times Square. The digital billboard flashes a photo of the mayor for a few seconds with the message: “Thanks for the jobs!” “We wanted to thank him for the jobs, the companies, the people that they’re pushing out of New York — and a lot of them are coming to Florida,” Florida Chamber of Commerce CEO Mark Wilson told Fox News Digital. The digital billboard was first spotted on Monday and was still in rotation with more than a dozen other advertisements on Tuesday at 43rd Street and Broadway. The Chamber has an entire page of its website dedicated to besting the Empire State. “The billboard is bold. The message behind it is even bigger,” the site says.
