The Center for Countering Disinformation under Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council analyzed more than 94,000 publications from nearly 24,000 sources as part of a study of Russian information operations concerning prisoners of war, prisoner exchanges, and missing persons, identifying four main destructive Russian narratives.
