Parents reminded to apply for kids' free public transport use in Rīga

Ahead of the new school year which starts in September, pupils and parents alike are being reminded by Rīga's municipal public transport company, Rīgas satiksme (RS) that a quick registration process is required for students to claim their right to free use of public transport in the capital.
