Five Medals for Bulgarian Judoka at Junior European Cup in Skopje

Bulgarian judoka won two more medals at the Skopje Junior European Cup on Sunday, after winning one gold and two bronze medals on Saturday, the Bulgarian Judo Federation reported. Anton Dimitrov claimed bronze in the -90 kg category after defeating Marko Bozic of Croatia in the bronze-medal fight. Dimitrov competed in five matches and recorded four victories. The medal is his second bronze of the season, following his third-place finish in Portugal in March. Nikolа Markov, competing in the +100 kg category, earned the first medal of his career at a competition of this level. After losing his opening fight, Markov fought his way through the repechage with two victories to reach the bronze-medal contest, where he defeated David Tugui of Romania. On Saturday, Nadie Jaafar claimed the title after securing three victories in the women's 70 kg category.
