Activist accused of destroying property to present search of device

CNN recently detailed the story of Sam Tunick, an activist headed home from the Dominican Republic when he was pulled aside by Border Patrol in Atlanta. He refused to answer questions, so officers asked for the passcode on his phone. Instead, prosecutors said he gave them a password that effectively wiped his phone, and now he faces charges.
