22nd Edition of Autumn Arts Salon to Open in Plovdiv on September 1

The 22nd edition of the Autumn Arts Salon in Plovdiv will open on September 1 and will run until the end of November, the Municipality's Culture Department reported on Thursday. Visitors will be able to enjoy a wide range of festivals, including the 30th Crossroads Stage Autumn International Theatre Festival, TheatAir street arts festival, the Curtain under the Stars Comedy Theatre Panorama, Opera Open 2026, Plovdiv Jazz Fest, Chamber Stage Plovdiv, the 17th International Festival Balabanov House Music Days, the Stand-up Comedy Festival, and the 12th CineLibri International Film and Literature Festival 2026, themed "The Civilization of the Spectacle", among many others. The programme also features a rich selection of exhibitions, including the National Autumn Exhibitions "Plovdiv 2026: Mirrors of the City", the anniversary exhibition "130 Years of the National Academy of Arts", as well as exhibitions of the Regional Archaeological Museum - Plovdiv, along with many others.
