The Pretenders star, 74, has been on the hunt for her Jack Russell, Nico, who was last seen in the Colindale area two weeks ago. In one of her pleas for Nico, who is five years old, Chrissie told her Instagram followers on Wednesday: ‘I’ve lost my dog, Nico. She is very dear to me and I am absolutely heartbroken. She was last seen in Silkstream park in Colindale London.’ Chrissie begged anyone who spots Nico not to chase after her as she ‘might be very nervous’, having been separated from her owner and ‘on the run’ for weeks.
