PHILADELPHIA — A federal court in Pennsylvania allowed a former Drexel University graduate student to pursue claims that the university and its in-house attorney unlawfully tried to collect tuition debt and withheld her transcripts and student records during her Chapter 13 bankruptcy. The student plausibly alleged Drexel continued blocking access to her records, failed to tell her that her master’s program had been discontinued and sought more than $21,000 from her.
