Air travel between the European Union and the United Arab Emirates remains uncertain amid the tensions in the Persian Gulf, Bulgaria’s Foreign Ministry warned on Thursday. The Ministry said European airlines are currently waiting for the security risk in the region to ease before resuming regular flights. The Ministry also issued recommendations to Bulgarian citizens in Israel, urging them to strictly follow the instructions of the Home Front Command. Ben Gurion Airport continues to operate, with flights being carried out by Israeli airlines included on a list published on the airport’s website.
