Turkey's Fidan says Israel 'has no intention or plan for peace' in Gaza Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan told reporters on Wednesday that Hamas has "fulfilled many of the responsibilities" to implement the US-backed Gaza peace plan while Israel continues to undermine the process.
