Arctic has announced "The Arctic Promise," a comprehensive price rollback program across its U.S. direct-to-consumer sales channels, in other words, purchases made directly through Arctic on its online store. This initiative follows the company's recent refund of U.S. trade tariffs, which were previously collected under measures that were subsequently ruled unlawful. During the initial surge in import tariffs, the company proactively absorbed most of the financial impact to shield customers, though price increases were unavoidable for a limited number of specific products. At the time, Arctic committed to reversing these changes if market conditions ever permitted. Now, with the tariff refunds secured, the company is going beyond its original pledge.
