Garth Brooks bringing ‘Blame it All On My Roots' tour to Chicago area

Country music legend Garth Brooks is hitting the road for an ambitious arena tour, and Chicago has been announced as his latest stop. Brooks, who is one of the top-selling musicians of all time, is bringing his “Blame it All On My Roots” tour to the Allstate Arena next month , with tickets going on sale later this week. In a unique twist, Brooks is announcing cities one by one for the tour, first selling out four consecutive shows in Indianapolis later this month and then announcing four shows at Denver’s Ball Arena, which will take place in early September. According to a press release, Brooks will perform two shows at Allstate Arena in suburban Rosemont on Sept. 11 and 12. Tickets will go on sale Friday, according to his representatives. According to the release, Brooks will also be extending his own record for the most performances at the venue, as he’ll perform his 24th and 25th shows at Allstate Arena, marking the first time in 12 years he’s visited the arena.
