Chikunga calls for women’s empowerment that transcends generations Minister of Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities Sindisiwe Lydia Chikunga has called for women’s empowerment that transcends generations, is institutionalised, and gives women the power to define their futures. “Africa and the world [must] move from merely remembering women to building institutions that include women.
