TISS postpones convocation with CJI as chief guest; students on visit for ceremony affected

In an email to students on Friday, the institute said the decision was taken under “unforeseen circumstances” and in the “best long-term interests of the institute”. Affected students say they spent on non-refundable flight and train tickets and hotel bookings.
