Two teenage boys have been arrested in connection with a shooting that struck a home Wednesday evening in Dover, Delaware, according to police. Police said they arrested the two teens, ages 17 and 16, on Thursday after reviewing surveillance video that linked them to the shooting in the 200 block of Pebble Valley Drive. Around 6:30 p.m. on July 29, officers responded to Pebble Valley Drive after receiving a report of shots fired. When they arrived, police found a home with apparent gunfire damage. Investigators determined that multiple rounds were fired from an area near a retention pond, striking the home, police said. At the time of the shooting, a 40-year-old man was inside the residence. He was not injured, according to police. Authorities said one round traveled through the front window and through the interior of the home before lodging in a rear wall.
