McKeown and Kelly beat Australia with thrilling final bowl finish

The world outdoor pairs champions were imperious in the opening set, not allowing the Australians to score until the final end but after Wedlock and Teys had wrestled the jack away from Kelly and McKeown and shortened the ends their comeback was on. The singles bronze medalist from these Games then produced a stunningly accurate bowl that produced four shots for Northern Ireland, tie the set 5-5 and win the match. After such an exciting conclusion, the duo now have to focus on getting that final group win.
