Parker move suggests Lissah's chance will come

Swansea City's decision to allow Sam Parker to head out on loan will be viewed as a surprise by some given the promise he showed when thrust into the limelight last season. Having got a first taste of senior football in 2023-24, Parker saw his progress hampered by a hamstring issue which kept him out for a year. The fact that Parker has been allowed to join Wycombe Wanderers – where he will play for ex-Swans boss Michael Duff – suggests Filip Lissah (pictured below) may be in line for a first-team chance at Swansea.
