Two men are accused of stealing two guns from a car parked at Rivers Casino in Philadelphia. The Office of the Attorney General’s Philadelphia Gun Violence Task Force, alongside the Philadelphia Police Department and the Pennsylvania State Police, investigated the June 2026 theft. “This case comes down to common sense — there really is no good reason to leave your vehicle unlocked,” said Attorney General Dave Sunday. “Gun owners, particularly, should be vigilant and know that weapons are valuable to thieves. Stolen firearms present a direct threat to the public, as those guns often end up at the scene of violent crimes or in the hands of someone prohibited from legal possession.” Surveillance video revealed that Darnell Martin, 33, and Eric Blackwell, 29, were at the scene of the crime, according to investigators.
